Wonderful message. One thing that I’ve found to help me be more thankful and grateful each day is to view many of the onerous or mundane tasks is to remind myself “I get to….” rather than “I have to….” You get to go to the grocery store or clean the house instead of “I have to”. Many people do not have the resources to go to the store or a house to clean or clothes to wash. It’s a very simple thought but helps me a great deal. God has blessed me so greatly to have those tasks to do.

Blessings the opening prayer is awesome. We all need discernment don't we? I am looking for a good book i.e. study of the Psalms. Does anyone have a suggestion? We all need to know the joy of today's Psalm. We need to look at ourselves and ask "are we living a grateful or needy life?" Being able to pause not just daily, but every time we aren't feeling the joy of life to look inward and ponder am I leaving God out of my life right now? Each day is an opportunity to see the world with the same awe and hope of seeing God's beauty in nature...other people...and ourselves! We have a choice will someone see us today and say quick hide here comes a Negative Nancy worse yet a Karen? Or do they rejoice saying there truly is a Godly person? I will try my best to exude joy not hate no matter how many times I need to pause, look inward, and let my heart be blessed so I may bless others!
