Summary of Article: We recieved spam calls several time which annoys us. To clamp down on such fraud calls and messages, Trai's and telecom industry are going to adopt whitelist of URLs and OTT links that will first attempt to authentication of unsolicited messages and calls before delivering it to us. Bharti Airtel's intiative AI based system to block such unsolicited calls and massages is a costomer friendly and this will be a take away for other telecoms that how it should provide a fair service to consumers. Summary of the Article The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is going to commence curbing on spams for which it will create a valid URLS database in which it will filter URLS its own side before it reach users. Airtel will also use AI technology in a bid to filter unsolicited spams. The government should also enforce the data protection bill passed last year in order to clamp down the swindlers and protect gullible people.
