For those who regularly watched snooker in the 80s its obvious Davis was deliberatly missing. He could be with O'Sullian and Hendry now on 7 titles but the Hearn greed seems to have gotten the better of him unfortunately. There was lot of anti Davis pressure at the time which was certainly not fair and likely contributed to the outcome of this match.
