WoW.... Charismatic people, but sorry to say that due to our rigid system, we lost all such gems and they said good bye to Pakistan. They are totally disheartened from the aristocratic approach of pakistani culture. Our PM (IK) should adopt their mechanism of system change, so such gems would return again to their motherland
