I would love to have known what was being said as this looks so interesting, but I do not understand your language unfortunately. Is there any possibility of you uploading this video again with English subtitles please ? I have watched several of your videos and find them fascinating. I can make out by the pictures what is going on, but would really love to understand them properly.

特に中国の kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYHHnGVrpZ6Fgrc kzbin.info/www/bejne/rKq4nZ6prLWKjbs Don't get me wrong, i think Japan has some of the best craftspeople on the planet. But when it comes to embroidery , nobody beats China . I am not especially a huge fan of China, because of their complete lack of democracy and the way they treat nature and animals , but they have the finest traditional craftsmanship in the world and Japan would not be what it is today if it was not through their contact with China . I am neither anti Japanese , nor anti Chinese and i certainly don't believe that my country can top any of those two when it comes to craftsmanship. I just think that it is a little pretentious to show this type of Machine embroidery as something particularly exceptional or of any form of high quality . If it takes over 10 years to master this machine embroidery technique as you claim in the video , then to master the traditional Japanese or Chinese hand embroidery , it takes a lifetime of constant dedication . This being said, the lady on this video is very talented and arty .

@morganolfursson25607 жыл бұрын
Just because some Japanese people are doing it , or have been doing it for a few decades or centuries , it doesn't make it a Japanese tradition or even a tradition , period .

Morgan Olfursson
