Legacy RS is basically converting your combat style to Pre EOC, combat is more in line with Oldschool RS but content is pretty challenging to tackle this way

RS legacy gp is worth nothing anymore 1b = 20 euro. that is only 2 months of membership. Glad I went from easyscape to old school rs where gp actually has some value

It's actually $70, and osrs gp is super cheap as well. Rs3/Osrs gp is always about 1 to 10. So 140m bond in rs3 is about 14m bond in osrs.
