Perhaps fighting calamity difficulty tier bosses has caused you to forget how simple vanilla bosses tend to be in comparison. You said it yourself- this mod isn't busted. Mods like infernum and fargos soul are so high above vanilla terraria difficulty tier, that returning to vanilla difficulties perhaps might begin to feel too easy?

This mod is just straight up using Lovecraftian stuff, I mean, Dread is just Azathoth, and Erebus is a big ass bobbit worm, I'm surprised they didn't add anything like Nyarlathotep to go with Ultrum and the orange one, or even just Cthulhu or an R'lyeh biome. It's still a cool mod, but it didn't lean into the part it was playing, 7/10

Yeah you gotta downgrade to 1.3. The mod itself isn’t on tModLoader, so you have to download it off that one mirror website. Just search “ultranium download” and it should pop up. Lemme know if you need help!
