I was not able to fix my error by seeing this video. But I managed to solve the error Solution: 1. instead of uninstalling, first go programs and features 2. Select tha pythom u want to uninstall 3. Click on change(located at the top) -> repair 4. After repairig select uninstall

Just go into the folder where u install python delete all files

First follow this video, after that see if you have installed any other version then uninstall that too, after uninstalling go to where you have installed it and see if there are any files, if there are, then delete them, after that you will have to uninstall this version.
