So pretty much just make an iron farm and copy it enough times to reach 1,000,000 ingots per hour. Should be possible even without a max efficiency farm, you'd just need more of them.

With an autocrafter + shulker loader, this fills up roughly 1.25 double chests full of shulkers containing iron blocks per hour I can't imagine ever needing this much, but after building that you might aswell be using iron blocks for all your structures
