Good to see the red arrow out and about. For the state it started out in it's really came a long way! hopefully I'll get to do an American version of this soon, out of maybe an older Jeep or similar sized vehicle that was originally a diesel ( there are a few about in diesel spec ). As a warehouse employee, I noticed that my ride-on electric pallet jack weighed 3500 lbs (without battery or cargo), and that my car weighed 3250 lbs (wet). So, I asked myself: "What if I swapped the e-motor into the E36?" 🤔 Well, now I know, and I want to make one for myself! 💯

Congrats man! I am thinking of converting my BMW too. quick question. WIthout a clutch and flywheel, how do you change gear while driving? do you take your foot off the throttle or not? doesn't it damage the gearbox?

Why haven’t you turned this into a commercial venture? You would have enough customers that you’d need to put them on a waiting list. Rather than a Tesla, convert your favourite car to electric. It drives really well, whats the top speed you can reach and have you tested 0 to 60?
