Just Jeff i think if u can take most of the stuff to the flea market and have $1, $3, $5, $10, tables and feel it out u should be able to do really well there and people are getting a great deal too 👍 stay safe and God bless 💜

Awesome purchase Just Jeff 😊 My suggestion would be to do a stand at a flea market. You can sort stuff into different price catagories ranging from $1 to $5 whilst clearing it out. On flea market day you can always say "everything for a dollar" as the day is coming to an end. You will certainly make some good profit even if it is a lot of work. Good luck 😊

Great items - brand new - and many people are very likely in need of the food - I would donate the food to a shelter - or food bank - if there are recovery houses or something like Salvation Army homes - donate and then get it to a flea market - sell the furniture at auction - you stand to make some good money - depending on what you do with the storage unit - (liked the idea of having them pay storage for another month in exchange for you cleaning out - lots of ideas for sure and profit for your. Bonus you helped a family with a problem - way to go, Just Jeff!

I like the flea market suggestion. Just take the storage unit to the flea market and let people dig through it. Maybe do a fill a bag type sell for the small items. If its to big for a bag work out a price.

Reminds me of my old landlord. He hoarded old cars, trucks, appliances, machinery and any type of scrap metal you could imagine. His “stash” covered three acres. He even buried old cars so he could scrap them for retirement money. Craziest place I ever lived in.

Could you take on the rent of the unit for a month or two? You could actually put stuff from the house in it until you've got your head around the best way to make your profit.... Sort out the Christmas stuff and items that would make nice Christmas presents Get rid of them first. A dollar a bit flea market one day only sounds good too. That's what I used to do when I cleared a house only we call them car boot sales in the UK, because we can sell from the boot of our car, or van and with just a big cloth spread out on the ground. Just pile the stuff on, maka couple of big signs, and shout it out a few times. You don't need anything more than that especially as they'd be getting a bargain. Keep it simple, Its hard work so you don't want to make it any harder, and away you go...

I don't know how old this video is, but the flea market idea or some what of a sale isn't bad. How ever I would do it a little different, Seeing how most of the stuff is new I would do it like, if something is worth up to say $25 make it $1. $25 to $50 = $5. $50 to $75 =$10 etc. IMO you would still get rid of it quick and recoup your money quicker and make a better profit. And when you're done you can always donate the balance. Just my 2 cents. Good luck

Her kid/kids should only let her have limited funds to spend in her assisted living home or she will fill it up. The assisted living my mom lived in the management would do monthly inspections. If there were an issue, They could ask the family to clean up or be evicted.
