Maybe you aren't intelligent enough to discern the difference between taxpayers funding infrastructure versus funding the actions of an individual that has neglected their own responsibilities. She costs taxpayers money by her chosen actions no different than if you or I started costing taxpayers money by intentionally destroying public property. The contumacious actions of an individual who had options of not costing taxpayers but chooses to do so doesn't fall under infrastructure or betterment of society to be publicly funded but instead should be viewed as an egregious act against taxpayers and against the child they are responsible but fail to support.
