The guy in the green shirt that arm wrestled that guy in China… you should give him the supp for free just for being such a beast and stand up guy. That was great.

i'm an old man now at age 62, but when i was younger i used to arm wrestle alot. i won some lost some and even though i'm right handed my left was always my strongest. i used to think i was good until myself at 240 pounds got steamrolled by a kid half my size lol. and that was with my left hand. the about 10 years or so ago i started watching the pros on youtube and started learning more about technique and things like hooks, suplination, pronation, top rolls, side pressure, etc. you could be the strongest man in the world but still get crushed at pulling if you have no technique. I've seen some epic battles over the years but the one that sticks out in my mind as the absolute best was between Jerry Big Daddy Cadorette vs Michael Monster Todd. I think it was a best of 5 match and one particular round went over a half hour. I will never forget it
