I would have thought these would have been more top heavier, but they seems to do well on the trail, once again great video!

Glad you like them! The body is just as heavy as it looks and has a lot of body roll. After a few roll overs you can figure out what you can get away with. Door handles, side mirrors and front fender turn signal lights have been replaced plenty.

How would you rate the Gelande 2 vs the FST new FJ40? Opinion appreciated? I am getting a feeling the Gelande is built much better and loads more available for it too? Thanks.

I have few RC4WD crawlers, great RC's! As far as scale detail on the body out of the box, I would give them both a 9/10. Since the RC4WD has been around longer and RC4WD is known for being more scale than most other RC makers, they do offer alot of bolt-on options which are cool and add better realism, at a pretty hefty price. I Hate to say it but it all comes down to price and prefference. RTR RC4WD $529.99 vs RTR FMS $349.99, if I wanted to just have fun with a cool looking ride....FMS hands down, you would be able to buy different wheels and tires and still be under RC4WD. Either way, both are great RC's!!!

Love Palmer Park/Austin Bluffs area. Used go there and drink 3.2% beer there at lookout point in the late 60’s. Yes I’m an old fart who loves FJ40s. I have the red one. Love your Cruisers off-roading in such a fabulous area. Cool wheels and hubcaps on the brown one. Excellent photography! Top notch video start to finish. L20 Keep going! Some really nice land cruisers man! I was considering the rtr in Red for my next build, but they seemed a little outta place compared to thr 4runner and my other TF2 rigs in size. But very nice rigs I'll probably add one to collection eventually, great video
