Do the windshield wipers work?..Banggoods description say's rotating wipers but i haven't seen any video of them actually working?🤔

I dont know what happened i bought it from Ali express and it doesnt work i think some issue of all switches.Sometime when i touch something it works but steering wheels got stucked.
