[1/18] Ep.36 Maisto VS Guiloy: Aston Martin DB7

Thanks for the review. Whereas the Maisto is a really nice model of the DB7 Vantage, as an owner of a real 1997 DB7 I6 3.2, the Guiloy is superb despite its little flaws and, it is the only 1/18 scale model of the I6 version ever produced (I love it), as is the case for the Maisto Vantage. Both very important cars in Aston History given they saved the company! 🙂 ... And the 1/18 scale models are quite important to owners as well. Epecially, if like me, you collect 1/18 scale Astons.

The details are amazing and the Guiloy it's looking a little bigger and I like the green color( it's a little darker then Maisto model) . 🎩👌🏻🏅🏆👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤝🏻

Thanks for watching! The DB7 vantage is surely one of the better Maisto models. Green really goes well with the car

The I6 DB7 was Grampion Green wheras the later Vantage was Chiltern Green, the latter being a very popular Aston trademark green.

For me, when I was searching for a DB7 I glossed over the Guiloy and went straight to the Maisto because the Vantage to me just looks timeless compared to the og db7, which has a pure 80s/90s product look. Plus, V12 in vantage. Nice comparison video mate👍🏻👍🏻

Actually, a lot of older maistos have hood prop rods.
