i was lucky enough to right place right time into one of these last weekend. my cheeks still hurt from smiling so much. have been driving dad cars since giving up my '91 MR2 nearly 20 years ago. smiling at remembering just how fun a daily driver can be and how much that can impact life.

Excuse me, I want to ask a question. I drive a GR86 special edition in Japan. But there are no stripes on the rear fender panels. Do you know the part number ??

Looks nice but fluorescent lighting doesn’t do this color any justice. Looks like allot of weight weights needed to balance those Taiwan forged wheels. Thanks for shooting this. People in the US are anxiously awaiting the AE arrival. Most are still at port.

@@ToyotaInsider i live in central california and i just looked it up it says there are 860 don’t know the difference between the ones here and in the video, probably just 10th anniversary signatures and badges.

I’m also all for saving the manuals! Getting an automatic in this model is actually $2,400 more expensive. But there definitely is a market for automatics

i am buying an automatic one as my daily driver, driving a manual in traffic is a form of self torture, so bring on the AuToMaTiC hate weirdos

I don’t get it either. If you’re going to buy an auto might as well get a Camry. People complaining about driving in traffic is looking at the wrong car. Get a Camry or Yaris 😂

@@zuriel7948 but why would you buy a sports car as your daily driver is my question. More expensive insurance and the fuel economy, you could've gotten a new Prius or whatever (just an example) and saved a lot on gas
