Pet thresholds don't double the chance of the pet to drop they add one to the roll so les say you had the base of 1/1000, the first threshold is 2/1000 (1/500), second threshold is then 3/1000 (1/333.3) etc.

Hi Dovy for the future i suggest bringing along Vital Spark Drop Enhancers. Limitless is a great ability and it takes absolutely forever to unlock, magister is quite a good source of vital sparks

Just a heads up but right now the only benefit you got for necromancy from a slayer task is the genocidal perk damage bonus. the slayer helm damage/accuracy does not work as there is no necromancy add-on piece to give the boost like the hexcrest and focus sight

Pretty sure the off-hand version only drops from the Shifting Tombs minigame. The chests or whatever. Never got one, not a fan of the minigame. It's not even possible to complete a run of it all times because of the random layouts. It's kind of shit.
