I'm loving the interactions with Sam and Olivia recently. Their on screen bond is very believable and so natural. Might be wishful thinking and WAY too soon, but they have great MIL/DIL potential.

Alexis is a drunk. Alexis needs to get some help. Alexis is an adult so legally nobody can throw her in rehab. It is good that Sam snitched on her mother because now she can get some help. Alexis has not cared about anyone else but herself for months and it is ridiculous how everyone is trying to justify her alcoholism. You dont coddle an alcoholic. You can either love that person from a distance or pay for them to get into rehab or let yourself drown in their mess. A realistic end to this storyline would have been if Alexis had killed someone or if she ended up dead in an alley in her own vomit. Sam is the only one who literally can and will make the best decisions when it comes to Alexis. Nikolas is too busy sniffing under Ava's ass. Kristina just doesn't give a shit anymore. Molly is busy trying to keep her mixed frosty situation going. So yes Sam did the right thing. Alexis needs to be in rehab more than prison but prison will.clean her up too.
