Nasty C has Tall racks, which has a number one album out in the first year. Nasty C had a successful Iverson tour and he is changing lives with the KFC endorsement. Cass should really not act like he had the chain of thought when He started off. He made mistakes, learned lesson and that is why he is a soon to be mogul. if your business moves are tied to another organization administration-wise, then that's an empire built on a house of cards. Take artists who sign 360 deals for instance. Their label has a stake in everything they do that may generate some sort of revenue or clout. They can never really detach themselves from that burden without going through a cumbersome legal process should they choose to go independent. Nasty is signed to a major label and even though I personally do not know the ins and outs of that deal, I am sure that the label have structured it in such a way that it is most beneficial to them. The way they market and push his tours, music and collaborations makes it easy to believe that the label gets more off him. This is what they are talking about; making yours and yours alone or at least something that you have major control over.
