You have gotten very good results for the faces and hands using those Tamiya enamels. When I see a painting article like this that is what I really look at. Acrylics can handle the uniforms, but fail on flesh cuz where is oily sheen of skin ? Have you tried using oils for fleshed areas ? Your skills would benefit.............cheers

肌にオイルは使用してません。制服の質感と肌の質感は別けてます。
