[1.36.2] Warcraft 3 Reforged - HD in SD - Undead07: The Siege of Dalaran

Some new Dalaran doodads are missing (up to 1.36.2), as they use HD-exclusive variations, returning empty models for SD. Animating a dead Council Wizard progresses the sidequest, but does not really give any rewards. Antonidas's dialogue is moved from the end of the level to start of his boss fight.
