1.3g Professional Fireworks setup and show in Paulding county , Ohio

My towns show that was put on by Rozzi Fireworks. They are from around Cincinnati , but the guys that set it up are local guys. This show consisted of all 1.3g shells and all were 3inch shells. They could only could do 3inch shells , due to the area they were shooting. I did miss a little of the finale due to my camera shutting down , but only missed a few seconds.

Why are some of those finale chains aimed at the buildings. It's scary seeing finale chains aimed in all directions. Unless those are uninhabited buildings. Still it did not seem there was at least 210 feet to the closest building you showed in setup. Since you saw this are you planning on doing 1.3 shows yourself? Either backyard or professionally?

My only guess would be that they had not finished those racks yet since they had to wire them. So maybe they moved them, not 100% sure as I didn't stay while they finished. The building in question is empty at the moment, and I'm not sure about the distance, but it was probably pretty close to the assured clear distance ,as it was a decent walk to it .I was lined up pretty much straight on from the show, and it didn't appear that any shells went in that direction. I have my type 54 and would like to add 1.3, but ohio is very tough to do so legally.
