Thanks for comments. This car lane is based on a basic idea I had since the early teens in the 1950s and it is thus a home building and shows only prototypes. Unfortunately, no one with the resources has yet shown interest in taking over my patented concept for development into a product that corresponds to today´s technical level. This applies not least to developing an auideo chip with speakers for sound for perceived sound in the models from the drive unit. Torgny 🤔

Much better than the slot cars. Congrats. I hope to see more videos like this, perhaps you can combine with railway model layout. Also please post video for 1/64 car running on the modeled track
@torgnylundmark5975 жыл бұрын
Sorry for my English. Your comment pleased me. This basic idea is from my childhood in the fifties. Suppose you read the longer description below the video about the purpose of the system. Other 12 videos on KZbin of this I have chosen to radio control and film from a stand alone. (rather also outdated movie camera). A development of my home-made prototypes would, above all, provide an experienced added authentic sound experience from speakers to the models. Hopefully soon complete a F1-model on Benetton 1988 in scale 1/43 total weight 18 grams. It has front wheel angles when stationary and combined with self-steering when moving.. Also hope soon to have video clip of this model on KZbin. On the links below you can see elements of "bought toy cars" on a scale of about 1/64. Note the moving driver on a supplemented GoCart car that does not have a body. kzbin.info/www/bejne/g2G6qJx-fJV3ns0 kzbin.info/www/bejne/oJybi2yFerxqnqc kzbin.info/www/bejne/iaG9e5mIZchojMk

I have been dreaming of this for so long. Do you intend to sell commercially? How is the command module controlled?
@torgnylundmark5978 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry for delay answer. I am now prepared to sell the patent to anyone interested who also sees the potential. Integrating the concept further with modern IT, like the Internet of Thinks, will provide endless opportunities. The takeover also includes documentation, including drawings., from the earliest prototypes up ti now and at request also my experiences for the complete concept including track construction. Additional function are during development!! Sincerely /Torgny

Torgny Lundmark I would be willing to purchase this module and drawings
Oh I have also dreamed of a realistic racing car set up like this, a model instead of a toy. This looks brilliant Torgny. Just what I want. I love your other videos aswell, I love the way they move. I do model railways so the way these work would very much suit a model railway layout. Have there been any developments in getting them on the market? I would love to see a video of two cars racing against each other. I wonder, how do you change the drive unit from one car to the next? For me it would have to be achievable without using your hands (the Hand of God), in other words, the drive unit would have to be able to unattach itself from the car without the use of your hands, and attach itself to another also without the help of your hands. Is that possible? Can you just switch the magnets off and on? I would love to see these on the market. I would buy into it. I have loads of 1:43 scale model road cars, trucks and buses.
@Hermann.Ennenbach3 жыл бұрын
that's just awesome !!!!!!!!!!! When and where can you buy it ???
@DrWhom5 жыл бұрын
I thought of this as a solution for "Gerrits Tagebuch"'s Monaco project. Awesome to see that it has been executed so well! The one problem: trying to have multiple cars on track, you find that the larger service modules create an invisible halo around each visible car.
@torgnylundmark5975 жыл бұрын
Hey! Excuse my English. Google Translate. I have had an idea for this since my early teens. (over 60 years ago). The system is built to scale 1:43 where at least 10 models can be radio controlled and where each model can also experience authentic sound. (when developing with auido chip/speakers). With a simple measure, therefore, most of the market's toy cars can be steerable and receive sound. (1:43 and less) With today's technology, the casing drives can certainly be shaped smaller for scale 1:64. The lower plane surface must then have a greater coefficient of friction than my used carton. (paper) Torgny

The Ferrari formula 1 look very cool with the bronze rims and the white letters om the tyres. For the people that don't know these are not toys. These are scale models . This hobby has nothing to do with rc toys.

Are those 1:87 fully proportional with smooth speed and steering control? I know 1:76 has its fully proportional RC Mini.
@torgnylundmark5974 жыл бұрын
Thanks for asking. The drive unit gives each model/toy car smooth control of speed and control for curve radius regardless of scale. Reduced curve radius for smaller scales requires reduced distance between drive wheels and steering wheels. (provided equal servo) Above all, the RC-System can also add authentic sound when developing an auidio chip/speaker in the drive unit. Torgny

Great work and very nice idea!! Wich is the ferrary 87 version, before your modification... ¿Is it from Ixo or Tameo kit? Thanks for your video!!
@torgnylundmark5974 жыл бұрын
Thank you for comment and question. My homemade concept is based on an idea I had since the early teens in the 1950s. (Experienced authentic sound possible when developing chip via speakers). The Ferrari 87 model is a kit from "Heller". Other videos besides this I have filmed alone from tripods with simultaneous radio control. (Compromise) These other videos show models Lotus F1 87 and Benneton F1 1988 with kit from "Heller" and Le Mans Mercedes C9 1989 kit from "AIRFIX". Driver figures ONYX, Minichamps. Tires, steering details, scaled tire grip etc. home made. MVH Torgny

Find a chinese interpreter and see if you can sell it to a company over there. They are the easiest market to get something like this out in. Thay are always looking for new electronic toys to sell. And they are the best at getting everything moving with their lack of regulations and seed investors everywhere.

@torgnylundmark5974 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your comment. Hope I understood your question correctly. The models are from HELLER and AIRFIX* which I supplemented with tires and details for the models function for this patented system and therefore do not exist on the world market. The videos show my homemade models: Ferrari F1-87, Lotus F1, Benneton F1-88 and *Mercedes C9 Le Mans. See also purchased Go-Kart model, which I supplemented with mobile driver. Some videos also show that diecast models / toy cars purchased directly from stores can be run with this system. (When developing chip / speakers also experienced authentic sound for aii models /toy cars). Greetings Torgny

Hi and sorry for my English. Funny to get comments. Do not know if you saw a desccription under movie clip with a longer information. In tota there are 10-11 video clips. I would like to add that this patented system can also live a Go-Kart model , eg in 1:32 scale. This model (without body) can thus be radio controlled and get (experience) authentic sound. Even idle sound at stationary model. (Developed: Auidio chip vwith speaker). I am 76 years old and have had the reason for this idea since tha teenager. I hope now that someone interested can take over my patent and developed my prototypes into a product for the market. Torgny
