1:48

I got this little display box in a recent estate collection and thought I could try my hand at my first 1:48 scale setting. So here is the unboxing of the tiny basic furniture pieces that just arrived. I think that they originally came from Victoria Miniland. I accidentally turned off the recording just before the end so it is in two sections 🙂

This is my first time on your channel. Do you normally work with quarter scale (1:48)? I have to make a few quarter scale shops and need some kind of patterns for the pieces of furniture & accessories. Not too many miniaturists work with quarter scale, and that's why I ask. Thank you.

Hi! I'm glad that you found my little video. I don't do much in 1:48 at all actually, but I can give you a resource to check out. The Quarter Connection is an active online community web site that specialises in 1:48, and has loads of resources. It's been around for over 20 years. The website is quarterconnection.com/ or just Google them. There are also a couple of Facebook groups but I don't know anything about them. Hope this helps!
