both norway and sweden are good options. both have strong economy and some reputable universities. norway has high wages but it’s expensive while sweden has quite lower wages compared to norway but it’s cheaper. tution fee for bachelors and masters is slightly more here in norway. both have their pros and cons but i would say go sweden. i have made a video on norway expenses if you want to watch: m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/m2Wsnpt3eb2fiZI
