If we talk about the engine 1.5ltr 80hp and220nm of torque which is less capacity , less power than turbo diesel compact car(creta, harrier,etc ) but still manage to carry 1.5ton of payload even 2ton. How it could be possible?if we put harrier engine in intra v50gearbox can it pull 1.5ton pay load?

Intra V50 can carry 5 ton because it's engine made for carrying load, harrier engine made for performance and mileage, also a 80 hp tractor can carry 20 ton easily, harrier can give more mileage than intra v50 and intra v50 will give more mileage than a 80 hp tractor without load
