nair sair u can dodge up and it isn't even true if the opponent has 4 defense or below theres dair d light/sidelight but i dont see how thats worth an extra stat of dex

even though there's dex specifics and defense specifics for munin to have nair sair into scythe, i can always swap into 8 speed munin when i want assuming the defense stoops to 4 or lower, but 5+ legends are pretty much all over the tournament pool ANYWAY
