Mai homemade premix use krti...hun ma'am... market ka nhe.... market ke premix mai preservatives hote Hain so..till now I have not used that

Upasana Ji.....ap ki cream jab melt ho jaye but chilled ( ek bhi ice Cristal na hon) rahe tk usko beat kreye....jitna jarurat ho utna he nikale use krne ke liye baki whipped ki hue cream frz mai he rakhe.... cream acche se whipped ki hogi toh melt nhe hogi jaldi....
