Hy friends i am Fazil usman and in this video i will tell you about setting tips of
1.5 kw Fronus solar
inverter setting.
solar inverter is an electronic device that converts solar panels energy into electrical form.
solar panels contain series of solar cells that are connected in series to form a panels .
Solar panels are of two types
Mono solar panels and poly solar panels. I am using both kinds of panels.
Pure sine wave inverter have frequency 50 hz.
Fronus 1.5 kilowatt solar inverter is also a pure sine wave inverter. It run complete 1.5kw load.
I also have tested full load on this inverter.
This inverter us very useful for a complete house load.
you can run five ceiling fan, washing machine,water pump,led Tv and a refrigerator at a time on this inverter or you can run 1ton dc inverter AC on this inverter or you can also run 1kw iron.
it has two cooling fan that keeps its temperature normal. It also have air filters that protect it from dust. It also have networking port so you can see your load on your cell phone.
If you want to reduce your electricity bill upto 70% you must install the setting that i told you in my video.
I saved my 60% electricity bill last month using this setting.
I have install this setup myself. I have install change over and input and output two pole circuit breaker for inverter. you must install two pole DC circuit breaker also.
This inverter has wide solar pv input range of 450vdc.
This inverter has 80A Mppt charge controller.

Bhai mera fronus 1.5kw ka inverter hai or sath mai exide ki 210AH tublar battery hai solar nahe connect kiye but masla yea araha hai k jb wapda say battery charge horahe ho or load zero ho tb cooling fan stop hojaty hai or inverter ka temperature up hona start hojata hai or oper he jata rahta hai 60c b cross kr jata haio but fans start nahe hoty is ka kia hal hosakta hai?

Jab apki battery fully charged hoti hai tabhii fan off hote hnge battery k voltages check kren agar 13.5v se 14.5v hn so apki battery full hai so fan ab off hujaenge.

Sir I have installed inverex aerox 5.2kw inverter, I have installed 63A AC breaker in between batteries and inverter, Some time the breaker does not project the inrush current and the battery part of the inverter burn out. I have 72A lead acid batteries. Please suggest possible solution. Thank you

The general rule of thumb is that circuit breaker size should be 125% of the capacity of cable and wire or the circuit which has to be protected by the CB.

Check your battery terminals connections and lossenes due to which current overflow or check the panels connection is there carbonated
