1/6/24 Global 12 Hour Walk

I participated in the Global 12 Hour Walk on January 6, 2024. Colin O'Brady developed the concept of the 12 hour walk and you can learn more about it at 12hourwalk.com/. The next 12 Global 12 Hour Walk is planned for April 6, 2024. I hope that you will consider joining the 12 Hour Walk community and consider completing the 12 Hour Walk on that day, or another day. It is a transformative experience.
This walk starts and ends in Sedro-Woolley, WA. It takes in the Cascade Trail east of Sedro-Woolley and Northern State Recreation Area, which is on the northeast side of Sedro-Woolley. Views include mountains, a river, farmland, creeks, and forests. This video is mostly silent, as the walk is a silent experience.
