Very nice home. The only thing I'd change is the location of the stove. BTW, mentioning Carrot Top is definitely not the flex you think it is.

All of the gray trim and woodwork is tragic. The skylights are fantastic. They are beautiful and add so much to the house. But all of the gray and black throughout the house (all of the towel racks, the shower tile, the shower doors, the dark ceilings that are almost black, etc.) is horrible. Of course, one person’s horrible is somebody else’s wonderful. That said, these were horrible decisions that look like they were made by a low-end flipper or a homeowner who thought he or she had good taste. They have severely limited their universe of buyers. That doesn’t even mention the horrible black driveway and sidewalk. The black there makes the house look like a multimillion dollar house with an asphalt driveway and walkway. I think somebody was going for sophistication, but they missed the mark with the colors.

​@@JBRE Well, you didn't do the work, did you? They weren't your choices. I really am sure it's perfect for some people. And, as I said, the skylights are beyond great. They give the place a futuristic, somewhat industrial look. If I was interested in the house, the skylights and space might sell me, but I'd price out what it would take to paint all of the doors, trim and black ceilings white and fix the driveway and walkway.
