I was born in Belmont NC at home in 1940 . As a very young boy I spent the weekend with my Granddaddy. These are the days of. Living with outdoor toilets ,real iceboxes on the front porch, outdoor water with sink and sink,and a CB kerosene stove in the kitchen. Late in the 1940 ‘s, my Granny bought a tabletop Zenith radio with record player. She loved the Chuck Wagon gang and bought several RCA records which I played many times. I love you!❤ 50:37 50:38 “"

I grew up with the Chuck Wagon Gang and have several of their LPs. I think they've found a soprano that sounds very much like Rose from the original group. I have truly enjoyed this video. Thanks for sharing with us.

R C She is our oldest daughter and I too was raised up enjoying The Chuck Wagon Gang. The church we attend and that she was raised in, always sing the old four part harmony songs.

The dark haired lady is the granddaughter of the original alto singer, Anna. It's hard to tell the difference between her voice and her grandmother's alto voice.
