Beautiful home, well made, beautiful details, but some updates need to be made due to the fact that the home was built to the owners specific likes...such as (antique style) meaning the fixtures in some of the bathrooms, but that's minor. Whomever did the tile work, was really good. Love, love, love that kitchen. Its not my style either, but I have always wanted a "U" shaped kitchen. You get so much storage. The backyard is just lovely. This is a really nice home....and well worth the money.

Yeah, this is my style home. Not a desert landscape kind of girl. The cabinets, doors would have to be updated. The wroght iron fences would have to be replaced with vinyl fencing but other than that...not bad. I’d need to drop that price down for the age it is. The garage would be converted into a studio or 1 br 1 bath apt as well 😊

My house is almost 3,000 sq ft with multiple floors and cleaning it....especially tile floors...takes up a lot of time. You will have to have a cleaning company out on a regular basis.

This is a beautiful home, but the presentation was poor in my opinion. He did not seem prepared to tell you about what the house contained. It was as if he was seeing for the first time as we were. Sounds like a walk through wasn't done prior to the showing.

Beautiful. The interior doors are gorgeous. I do wish there were fewer changes in wood tone - among the doors, floors, bathroom cabinets and kitchen cabinets there are too many differences for my personal taste.. If the wood floors were the same wood as the room doors this would be perfect. Whoever designed the house was very thoughtful.

Very beautiful home. On the preference side of things, traditional homes like this are definitely my style. One quick note however, the ceiling you referred to is actually called a "coffered" ceiling. I love the layout. Everything seems to follow together beautifully. Minus a couple "very minor" upgrades, this home is worth every penny. Beautiful home with wonderfully well thought out details. Gorgeous landscape. I would pay the asking price and be very pleased with the decision. Great choice to display this home.
