1.9 RutileTiO2 [110] surface using VESTA Software

Hi. I want to make structure of TiO2 rutile (110) and create a structure like figure33 in the following paper"Titanium Dioxide (Anatase and Rutile): Surface Chemistry, Liquid− Solid Interface Chemistry, and Scientific Synthesis of Supported Catalysts". Could you please tell me how to do it?
