Dough Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 400 grams of unbleached wheat flour
- 160 grams of margarine (80% fat)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons cooked corn
- 130 milliliters of water (details in the video)
Ingredients for the fillings:
- 1 cup of hearts of palm (150 ml cup)
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 100 grams of ham
- 100 grams of provolone cheese
- 50 grams of dried tomatoes
- 10 diced olives (green or black)
As a base for pate you can use: (this is optional)
- Mayonnaise
- Milk cream
- Natural yogurt
- Ricotta cheese
- Cream cheese
