Aromatic fougeres are my favorite genre for several reasons: age, where I live, memories, etc. I can't really go with just seasonal choices living where I do, we don't have defined seasons by the beach. Fougeres are just so versatile to me.

My wife goes nuts over this she actually asks for me to wear it !! I live in buffalo ny , works great here in this weather its so refreshing -cool . Iam 44yrs old and I wear it at night after shower usually ,its a lil too strong for summer imo but it can be done , its just amazing!!! Great review

I’m 26 and I first got into the barbershop type with MFK’s masculine pluriel. I was blown away by how it smelled so good. I bought Roja’s Scandal mainly because of your review. I know its for the older crowd and ngl this is equally good. It’s a bit old school but will definitely be wearing this alot as well!

You would have loved classic Polo Green. It was pure beast mode. To me, the 80's were loud, when it came to scent. What a fun time to be a kid (who enjoyed the smells).

I had my Polo Green, growing up. Wore for Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc..! If it don't perform well, that's OK. Great smell. Very nostalgic.

I gave it my first full wearing today and at the opening I thought all of those 80’s powerhouse barbershops that are now cheapies. The opening on me was this aggressive abrasive herbal green soapiness that was so reminiscent of stuff like Azzaro Pour Home or Alfred Sung. To me it was a meh type sent and just not worth the Roja pricing. And then the mid part of scent. I’ve never experienced such a transformation in a fragrance. All the abrasive herbal notes faded into the background and this soft musky lavender and florals came up in the background and I’m thinking I may be in love 😍 with this part of the scent. I disagree with this being a jack of all trades scent, I can see this as a leisure scent. For me it’s strictly a formal or business scent but that may be more a reflection of the crazy pricing making it a special occasion scent for me. Having said that I’m wearing this on the coldest days this winter while shovelling my driveway so take that for what it’s worth 🙄

I have bought this one blindly ; It’s true this is not a Beast mode fragrance at all. I am really trying to like it . This is my 3 rd buy from Roja and have a total of 4 bottles and this is my least favorite . I think more so this is a skin scent and wonder if I get any projection. My wife was able to get a whiff of it as I entered the car. She lies the smell but her perfume was blocking it out . I will attempt again , because for this price I have too. I noticed I had to do a lot of sprays versus any other fragrance I own just to get a better effect. I love your breakdown and I believe it’s inspiring me to give some more sprays , plus it’s spring going to summer here in NYc ‘ wish me Luck 🍀

Danger is not dated at all!! If anything Enigma gave me that impression initially but Danger, Oligarch, Reckless, Fetish etc never gave me that feel at all ( nor my wife, both in our early 30's )

The WOW factor is in fact the balance between vintage and modern he mentioned. This fragrance evokes strength and boost your masculine energy. Maybe you too young idk. This fragrance has this backbone, an edge but it's crisp and clean and high quality. Love love love. Performance is very good, don't spray on your neck spray on your wrists
