Cyx plays such a good Hog, you can tell he's still getting used to the new hog with the trap as he often forgets to use it. I feel like he slept on that trap more than ana slept him. :)

the trap's not that useful when you're trying to stay alive, it's still a good thing to have to hook enemies into and throwing into a bunch of people imo.

Jay3 talking all that smack about the tracer pick, but that was actually the best possible pick for content. Any hog player knows that killing a tracer is the most satisfying, so seeing the new primary just one tapping her is great content. Actually Goated player when it comes to hero pick.

It's not about social life I know practicing more makes you better player but it's not about that only but game sense and awareness during the game is another factor some people just keep doing the same mistake like a bot without the desire to improve even in QP I have faced multiple examples and when I advise them they say chill it's quick play @@dendiron1426

I think the heal is both better and worse. You have lower damage reduction now and don't get the heal boost buff for your supports. Though you do heal more over time so you are more self sustainable

yeah, it's even, not a nerf but not a buff either. it used to reduce dmg by 50% and now is 40%, healing per second was 350hps but now is 200hps and you have to wait 10 seconds to heal the full amount instead of 8 seconds. but you can do it whenever you want even if you get interrupted.

The heal is way better. The only reason they took away some dmg reduction and extra healing from supports is because if they didnt he would be absolutely unkillable

I think cyx was missing more hooks than he should've been because he's so used to top 500 players never giving him time to land a hook, so he throws it out immediately. with these bronze players he probably could've taken his time. although he still landed some crazy fucking hooks, I'm just saying the reason he had like 90% accuracy instead of 100% is probably that lol. just a guess though.

Hey guys! I was the tracer here. Just wanted to say thank you so much everyone for letting me partake in this experience. Thank you zencap for organizing it and thank you Jay3 for commentating. I also wanted to share some info and apologize for being bad ahaha. I am a tracer / mei main (for dps) and I'm not very good at the game. I basically only one trick a few heroes due to my anxiety haha. I decided to pick tracer for the battle and practiced the entire day as soon as I knew I had a possibility of being picked. I unfortunately am terrible at aim and can't play many heroes. But my logic was, since roadhog was big I'd have an easier target - and as long as I dodged his hook I would be ok. Plus I could distract him and chip away at him. I know I'm not a good player, so I just wanted to be useful to the team. I would like to boast a little that I got a tonne of damage in in the first and second games and I believe I actually had the most damage? I know for the first one I had a lead by like 2K. But I admit that it might not have been useful damage, as I definitely was only tickling cyx, and a better tracer would've gotten a tonne more critical shots in. I also know that cyx basically allowed me to get the damage in by not focussing on me, letting me get a lot of free shots in. My thought process was: if he shoots at my team, I can get a lot of free shots in. If he shoots at me, he has to turn around - losing time and allowing my team to shoot at him for free. I basically just kept trying to distract him by being as annoying as I could be. Finally, I wanted to apologize again for my terrible aim and skills. I do however, have an excuse haha. I have rheumatoid arthritis :P (I'm half joking about it being an excuse - I'm not going to let my condition define me and I hope one day I'll improve past my rusty joints haha). That being said, I will keep practising and I hope I can be a bigger help to my teammates in the future. I've only had the game for a month or so, I transitioned from RTS games (at least temporarily) because my R.A. meant I just couldn't keep up anymore. So far, I'm really loving Overwatch 2 and I'm glad I got to contribute to the community despite my skill level. Maybe I'll appear in other T500 vs bronze videos in the future who knows? Maybe My R.A. is a blessing in disguise cos it keeps me at this skill level XD. Btw, if you have any tips or advice - feel free to reply and teach me a couple of things :). Edited to add: Also can I point out what a 200 iq move cyx did at the end? When he predicted my panic recall? He did that a lot - he really analyzed my playstyle whilst he was playing against 5 other players and managed to constantly do that. Or maybe I'm just so terrible that he predicted it off what terrible players do hahaha.

Not sure if I should take this as a compliment? But I am very much bronze haha. And they do in fact check beforehand. There's a process to get picked for these events. I'm bronze 3 and honestly I still lose a tonne of my games to other bronze players. I think I did well this time because roadhog is quite big relatively and slow allowing me to aim better at him and I also have the advantage of attacking him from the back which if I did in a bronze lobby there would be 4 other players who could react. I did practice the entire day though once I found out I could potentially be selected :)
