Hey man, just about to debut in the t20 Worldcup under India (Ahmedabad > Gujarat > PSL Win Captain and lots of county cup wins later now in CPL). It takes forever even as a very successful captain in NORMAL MODE to get to India Debut. I have played nearly 80 hours of just career mode. Plan accordingly to your youtube needs though.

One thing I will say is CPL so far the playfaces and animations are great. Because Pak players are not in yet, PSL isn't that well designed in terms of custom cutscenes but that should be added soon. So, definitely look out for CPL and IPL and BBl in career mode.
