Remind us how Dawson became a #1 seed. If Charlie is in line to become a regular in these tournaments, allow him to get in some practice rounds first with Danny or Steven so his level of play is competitive with Wolf or Jen first.

This was like watching The Three Stooges when one of them is too sick to get in front of the camera. Dawson moves to 1-2 all-time and his average actually IMPROVED to 48.67. Dawson must be relieved at having his all-time elimination worst record of 53 strokes broken by a hapless new player whose only attribute seemed to be finding new ways to get foiled, all while keeping a cool, calm demeanour. This was a game where even Eddie's outbursts would have been too tame to reflect just how bad the calibre of play was.

They have one 18 hole that is a random plinko drop, but on occasion, they do have a real hole 18 set up. They avoid the random plinko hole.

I have always seen the appeal of watching two regular Joes go at it in a round of mini-golf. They are not uncoordinated, so it isn't like watching 5 year olds play. It adds something different to the mix.

Felt like 7 vs 8.... I have questions about the seeding process..... Some local knowledge clearly would help at Big Putts.... Charlie was at a severe disadvantage....

The seedings are random now - it's a random draw for the pairings. Danny explained this in the comments section of the previous video. And I approve. It made for a competitive match up!

@@duncanhoult6061 then don't call them seedings, call them random numbers. Too bad Danny copped out because he didn't want to deal with the critique. The viewers pay the price in the end with farcical matchups like this one, a horrible player making it to the semis while a great, entertaining player will sit on the sidelines (ie. the loser of Danny vs. Carter) watching semi-final blowouts that are boring as hell. Dawson is so consistently bad, it's unclear why he is repeatedly featured on this channel. I totally disagree with Duncan for once - he's dead wrong on this one: please bring back real rankings for the elims.

@@paulboileau3758 Hello Paul - yeah, I knew you wouldn't like it. But I'm not budging on this one. I personally thought Dawson v. Charlie was an entertaining contest. The trouble with the seedings was that it was nearly always going to be Danny (No.1 seed) v. Wolf (No.8 seed) and it was getting boring. The random match-ups can throw up any pairing which is far more entertaining. How do you know the semi-finals will be 'boring as hell' blow-outs? They might be fantastic! Who knows? That's the beauty of a random draw. The viewers are not paying the price - it's free entertainment, and I personally think it's quality entertainment - especially compared to most mini-golf content on KZbin, which generally tends to be woeful. (Although I have been enjoying Blake Mullens stuff recently). Anyway, the only thing I agree with you on is that they should get rid of the numbers - 1 to 8 simply doesn't actually mean anything anymore, so they should just drop that aspect of it.

@@duncanhoult6061 but what can top watching three-straight Danny implosions against Wolf?? Especially on the back nine as Danny's inner turmoil mounts and he makes one unforced, clumsy error after the next? The ultimate drama would be a season where Danny hasn't qualified for the major yet, meets Wolf in an elimination final where he needs a victory to qualify for a Major! Danny's Achilles Heel is his nerves. He's fine as long as he's leading, but once he trails he gets psyched out badly.
