Hey Kristin. Your video came up when I needed it lol. I was letting myself feel sorry for myself. I was one of the many people in the NC mountains that saw their home destroyed. I feel guilty having a pity party n haven’t really let everything sink in. I shouldn’t be having a pity party bc I’m blessed. My husband n I n our 5 dogs survived. I honestly didn’t think we were going to make it out alive. How we all made it out alive had to be God. You always perk me up n you didn’t fail me tonight. So many dead n still missing. However everyone has grouped together n helping each other. It’s the best feeling there is. We lost everything but what hit me the hardest was my family things that had been past down for so many generations n yes I’m going to admit it my craft supplies. I live in pain 24/7 with medical issues. Crafting I totally lost myself n it actually helped me with my pain. I know I sound ungrateful I’m not. I guess everything started to sink in n I’m having rolling emotions. Please don’t think bad of me. I’m just babbling I guess. I loved all the projects. I’m the same way about what I use to buy. I am cheap lol. I will look for days for the best deal n not buy it unless it’s on sale. Your tree is beautiful.

I'm so sorry for your circumstances. I'm glad you and your family are alive. Furbabies are family in my house. I have lost a home and went through a flood, so I can definitely understand how you are feeling. It's an awful feeling. I lost so many cherished items, too. It hurts. I will keep you in my prayers. I know that not many counties are being helped down South. I'm so angry about that. When my disaster happened it felt like time stopped. It was like everybody else's life went on and ours stopped. Sigh. Bad memories. Keep on praying. Don't give up. I'd be glad to send you some craft items once you get settled again. It takes time. God bless you and all affected my the hurricane.

@@lydiamcpherson7925 you are an angel n understanding. I feel guilty having my little pity party n it comes n goes. I’m so thankful we are alive my 5 babies. They are my babies n I fought with all my might to save them. I have a German Shepherd, Pitt/Bull , Chihuahua ( my service dog), Pom, Shih Tzu. We got them safely on land but it wasn’t easy. People were hollering let them go but I would’ve drown b4 I would do that. Thank you for your sweet comment it means everything to me.

What a great idea to put the Christmas tree up in October- and waiting to decorate later-half the battle is fluffing all the branches. ❤️🎄❤. I love the multicolored Hykolity tree…might have to order for my 2nd tree. You are getting me in the Christmas spirit-despite the fact that it is still depressingly HOT in Texas- mid nineties. 🥵😬🥵

WOW Kristin, your trees are gorgeous and so big. I love all your creations. All cute. I have a set of tiny little wood chopping boards, I found them in a little thrift store when out in a bus trip so I grabbed them straight away. Wasn’t sure what I was going to do with them till now, thank you. I think I will make some snowmen with them, yours looked so cute. I have plenty of scrap wood so I can make the hats easy enough. So yes, I've had a Halloween tree up in October. A Thanksgiving Fall one for November, etc. I love flocked trees. Finally got one two years ago. Yours are very pretty. Love them. Kristin I loved both trees they were beautiful, however my favorite was the flocked one it’s just Stunning. I too have 7ft tree and buying enough lights so it doesn’t look like a Charlie Brown Christmas Tree lol. We bought 10 boxes of white or clear looking lights 100 to a strand it was beautiful…You should have seen my husband and I making sure we didn’t leave any bare spots on the tree, the good old eye trick squinting to see if we missed a spot it works… I can’t wait to see your trees fully decorated. My husband and the kids one year put our tree up before Halloween. A lot of people are leaving them up year round and just decorating them different each season..

The tree with white is absolutely gorgeous!!! Nothing wrong with bargain hunting... I have done that for 24 years. I would always shop after holidays for the following year especially for my kids. I would guestimate what size they would be in following year n roll with it. It worked out great!!! My birthday is the 18th!!!! I think I told you bc if, I'm mistaken yours is too? One of the girls I follow has one anyways this month. Lol sorry if I'm wrong 😂
