As someone who’s played lock competitively since 20, I’m really surprised Gliz wasn’t taking away Chad’s baseline and forcing him middle. Most of Chad’s shots were a speed boost baseline, Austin Reaves baseline, or a snatch 3. Of course you’re never going to stop great players from scoring but you give yourself an advantage by taking away options and their strong suits. Once Chad saw that glizz was an elite shooter he started fighting over screens and had Cerzhn show high. Picking up on players tendencies early is really important.
