I dont get why is it better to get the talent points into the leader vs all. If EVERYONE gets +10% for point, vs +10% only the leader, how is it better the second option?

Absolute trash game. The obvious P2W isn't even the worst problem, but the horrible RNG. It's all about luck to get items from the loot chest, else you will just be stuck with minimal gains for days and this over and over again. It's also pretty clear that the developers do not really care about improving the game at all, with many problems, which would be easy to fix, but this is simply not happening.
