Adding rebar is an excellent way to strengthen the cement pillars … it is mandatory in the USA … all cement structures have rebar and fencing

I’d put in a center beam and another pier in the center for support so you don’t have bouncy floors…trust me, you’ll thank me later

I have a piling house and I believe the pilings are at least 8 feet in the ground. I see this wood piling bolted to the top of a cement piling all the time. It just seems to be weak? I would feel in high winds or earthquake it would shake apart. But I am no expert.

Берёшь копаешь яму, застилаешь её полиэтиленовой плёнкой, месишь в ней бетон той же лопатой и не надо тащить в лес бетономешалку с генератором 🤷 Ну и забивание арматуры странная затея: в земле металл коррозирует, обычно всегда для каркаса делают защитный слой.
