Greetings Sir, PAT ke regarding ek chota sa doubt tha. We all know that Layer 4 pe Source and Dest ports add hote hai, right. And in PAT, it adds a port no with the Public IP, right. So agar aisa hai to phir 2-2 source and destination port ho jayenge na, ek PAT ka add kiya hua r dusra Transport layer pe add kiya hua. I am very confused.

PAT ek apna port number lgta hai reply identify krne ke liye, like http ko ek request bheja hai uske liye port number 1 use kr liya av jab reply me destination port 1 rahegi to usse phirse translate kr sake

CSMA/CD is works after collision to stop next collision and CSMA/CA is work before collision to avoid collision.

I understand NAT perfectly, but it’s not clear to me if NAT operates with the public IP from the local outside interface because that is something provided by the ISP’s router.
