This is why Saban’s work at Alabama will likely never be replicated elsewhere. At least not to the same extent. Teams like Ohio state, Georgia, even LSU can snatch a title every now and then when the pieces come together, but those programs can’t backfill those pieces year after year like Saban has.

Missouri didn't even look that good. I mean sure the defense seemed to dial it up for the game but their offense was atrocious. They may have the worst QB I've ever seen at their level. Georgia didn't look like a number 1 ranked team and I can't see how they hold onto that number one spot.

I came here to see just how lucky the Dawgs were this year since all the ESPN experts have been saying that the Tide was lucky to win certain games. That KY game was no walk in the park for the Dawgs either. So we can agree that it's games like this when a coach can learn a lot about his team's moxie. As a Georgia fan, i love this win. We finally saw what Georgia can be when challenged. The first half Missouri played for their season. Georgia played like it was comfortable. This game re-enforces my believe that the UGA offense still needs to pound the ball to be successful. That is not how Georgia got here and becoming more finesse to please recruits and fans is a good way to get beat by a desperate bunch like the Tigers tonight. I think UGA's ceiling is higher than it was before tonight. As for the ranking i dont care and i dont know why anybody would either. I am sure there are plenty of spoiled UGA fans that are not happy and will point out Alabama's win, because thats what they always do. It means nothing to me. Its a 60 minute game and those are the best victories

Any call you have beef with from these highlights, back it up and watch the play. I was with you. I thought there were three phantom calls and I tracked down two for sure. The low block on the defense was obvious if you watch the play at full speed. The hands to the face was also pretty clear, as well. The one I couldn't track down was the flag pick up on Darnell Washington's reception down the right sideline where he almost hurdles the guy. Looked like it was going to be a block in the back, but they picked it up after talking it over. Again, I'm not trying to argue with you. I literally came here looking for those three calls and two of them are pretty clear.

I actually turned off the tv as I just couldn’t watch the last few min-they just seemed like they couldn’t get any traction and we’re struggling-what a surprise! We will have to step up our game to finish out the season at #1!
