I wear a Gopro chest camera for a lot of my footage. I shoot the rest with a Canon M50. Nothing fancy just good one on one contact with people, day in the life type content. I will also add advice of thing to do when owning a business. Mostly based off what I have learned doing it.

The one time i worked with family we set out with a plan. We wrote it all down, had an agreement and a few contingencies incase something/someone fell through. It worked out great! just go into it thinking like a business owner. Don't leave it up to chance and if whoever you are working with can't get on the same page as you its better you find out now.

A perfect example of an easy problem to solve is landscaping companies that need to pay to dispose of invasive plants like bamboo and kudzu. The fun thing about those plants is it is great animal feed for goats/pigs/cows so knowing some people with animals along with the numbers of animals you can quickly turn a waste product into a cash crop that includes all the buzz words like GMO free feed.

Yes, family will fail you. But I agree with your perspective in general. My Mom just did not love me, I have to admit the painful reality. That is the sole basis of her decisions that cost me $7-9 million in the late 90's. I have never recovered financially.

@RAJ-oj7ut Dexter is a good brand! Thing I tell folks is dealer or parts support is key. So make sure you have a good source when doing this. Kings Laundry on ebay is a good source, tons of other aswell. Big thing you'll learn is how to source cheaper repairs. Avoid having a distributor of laundry equipment be a middle man on repairs. Save money where you can.

ive been trying to tell people so many damn times. Where can you get funding or loans if not from the banks or loan sharks? FAMILY. Where can you get collateral for said loans? FAMILY solid ASSETS if majority of the families in the US wasn't so hell bent on INDEPENDENCE from one another, so many of these families would be rich and would stop complaining about their poverty. What stops this cooperation is usually vices like alcoholism, drug abuse, sexual abuse or physical abuse and manipulation.

Hey Keenan How big of a diffeance does each store do? like number one does 100k a year number 2 does 150k number 3 350k or do they all do the same amount? And do they all have about the same amount of equipment in them

Yes there is a difference. All have about 25 washers, income is 25% at two and rest 50% at last one. Location and marking has 2 down a bit. 3rd Mat is such a good location it sells itself. I range in gross of 300 to 400 for 3 mats. In a bigger city your numbers are more than possible.

We have locale groups that take them for others. If stuff is bad it will be tossed. For the most part we try to get it reused. I'm lucky people dont leave alot of stuff.
