K B-R I saw a real version on New year's Day 2019, two tabs of acid. It was multicoloured not just green. We live in something digital, I've known this for a few years now but actually seeing it was a whole different ball game. 1of my aims for this year is to be able to see it at will, and for prolonged enough periods to observe and gain more understanding into the nature of our reality. It definitely wasn't random Japanese letters, I'm not a 100 sure as I was caught off guard by what happened, but It was either numbers or some language of symbols. Will report back when I'm able to observe again

There is "cmatrix", which is a terminal program that somewhat replicates this, but it is limited by what the terminal can do. In other words, the effect is similar, but not the same.
