Glad SZ sticking to a universal base fighting mechanics with individuality added on versus staring from a place of uniqueness like FZ or Budokai. For original character fighting games makes sense but I like that I can jump in to any character and my core skill can carry me far versus in traditional fighting games it’s like a whole other game which is good and bad. With a roster this big, I don’t want a “main” but rather be able to use everyone without feeling punished. This approach matches series better and allows for more play while still being competitive to a certain extent.

The beams should be small and have the curve tracking when doing the quick activation of the move but as you charge the beam itll have less curving and more size. The max charge will be a big beam probably 4x the normal but it'll have no curving at all.

People like that are why we get less quality in games nowadays. We demand fixes and quality changes and they say that we should just accept what's already there because the developers said so. People are spending 70$-100$ for a sequel to one of the best dragon ball games of all time and they expect us to accept the bare minimum when BT3 didn't have map problems, didn't have problems with the beam struggles or beam size etc. Just because the game has better graphics and more characters doesn't necessarily mean it is a complete upgrade over BT3 as it should be.

They collect data from early access players before the launch weekend to give themselves a leg up on the following week. In Budokai Tenkaichi 3, stages were unlocked in a lot of unique ways, which they might be continuing here. Some were through Dragon Ball wishes, some by winning tournaments, some by beating story modes, some by winning special fights. So there may be more than we've seen.

you have to unlock them. Iirc you can get some through story mode, the shop and shenron. The shop interface for unlocking characters has been shown by someone and the devs confirmed you have to unlock characters

1. This is just bad 2. This is pretty much impossible to do while respecting the Va's You would have to get permission from every VA in every language the game is dubbing in not to mention MANY of the Va's involved are very Vocal against Ai voices AND are under a Union. This just wouldn't work

yes, but only in hyperbolic time chamber map. Mods on pc will most likely change that, but consoles are stuck on 1 map

This is false, competitive scenes keep games alive long beat their projected lifespan, prime example: smash melee, Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and raging blast 2.
