@ it definitely has to be at the start of a migraine to help me try to fall asleep and sleep to off. If I’m full force into a migraine attack I’m sensitive to light, sound and smell and usually throw up from the pain 😭

Omg, thank you so much for this! I really needed it. I had a really frustrating day today. I work in a predominantly male field (automotive), and I'm still in school for it, but for some reason, all the men in my class decided to test my patience today and try to make me feel stupid and mansplain. Even though I'm on my way to being ASE certified with means I'll be a Master Mechanic, AND I'm like half their age. I'm 18 man like why do they have to make comments about how I'm a girl but anyways that's not important. This really calmed me down, thank you so much Jade 🥰I hope you're having a great day !

this is amazing ! i had jaw surgery back in February and fully healed but got told by the surgeon that there was one part in my mouth infected so had to get removed which happened today and back to healing again 💔 now laying in bed and falling asleep to this is heaven :D tysm Jade for all the videos you put out!
